Skyline Ridge sits on a granite outcrop at the top of a private lane, with seven acres of oak woodland falling away toward the Bay. The house was built in 2019 from board-formed concrete, reclaimed white oak and bronze.

The living pavilion has a twenty-foot ceiling and a single pane of glass looking east; on clear mornings you can see the Dumbarton Bridge. The kitchen is built around a wood-fired hearth and a scullery large enough to cater a fundraiser.

There is room for horses. The lower meadow is fenced, watered and flat, and the property connects to the Woodside trail network.
